This time, the businessman and Orhei mayor Ilan Shor and the former Customs Service Tudor Bali\u021bchi were brought for hearings. <\/p>\n<p>While the prosecutor Adriana Be\u021bi\u0219or didn&#8217;t declare anything, the lawyer of Filat, Igor Popa, stated that the only witness of the attacking party, Shor, refused to give testimony against the former PM and that Bali\u021bchi reported in court that he had not received illegal indications to conduct extraordinary checks at Shor&#8217;s Dufremol duty-free shops. <\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Taking in consideration that Ilan Shor is the only witness at the basis of accusations in the address of Vlad Filat and that he didn&#8217;t give any testimony, this would mean there is no proof that Vlad Filat is guilty of committing the corruption crimes he is accused of, and respectively, these judges of the Appeal Court have no other thing than to free and acquit Vlad Filat.<\/p>\n<p>Shor was saying in his testimony that Bali\u021bchi organized special controls at Dufremol. Today Bali\u021bchi said that he didn&#8217;t do any special control at Dufremol and didn&#8217;t receive any illegal order from Filat.
