On October 11th, the judges of Court of Buiucani, Chi\u0219in\u0103u, rejected the request of Ilan Shor’s lawyers to cancel the home arrest as preventive measure, reports ZdG.md<\/a>. The business and mayor of Orhei will thus remain under home arrest at least until October 19th. <\/p>\n

After the court session, Shor declared that he wasn’t freed from preventive arrest, because “this wouldn’t be good for some Presidential candidates”.
\nHis entrance to the court was again accompanied by the protests of his supporters, who demand his liberation.
