The others are the persons without residence (161,630) and the voters that have their residence in Transnistria (221600), uncontrolled by the constitutional authorities of the Republic of Moldova. <\/p>\n<p>The biggest circumscriptions are the capital Chi\u0219in\u0103u with 650,201 voters, the northern city of B\u0103l\u021bi with 108,630 and the autonomous region G\u0103g\u0103uzia with 132,480 voters. The districts with the most voters are Orhei (100,685), H\u00e2nce\u0219ti (99051), Cahul (99043) and Ungheni (91392). <\/p>\n<p>The electoral register had proved before to be wrongly formed and badly updated (sometimes with names of dead people within) at the elections from 2009, 2010, 2014 and 2015.
