Filip described the no-confidence vote as &#8220;a confusing exercise, ideologically speaking, and it is demagogic&#8221;. <\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;I reject all the manipulation that puts the consequence of the billion frauds on the back of this Government. This Government really does something, it doesn&#8217;t fake doing&#8221;.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Prime-Minister had to face the accusations that his Government plans to raise the taxes on all fronts. Filip could respond only by delegating the given responsibility to the Parliament.<\/p>\n<p><code><iframe src='\/\/www.privesc.eu\/widget\/live\/68214' frameborder='0' width='480' height='270' scrolling='no'><\/iframe><\/code><\/p>\n<p>A no-confidence motion needs at least 51 votes out of 101 of the Moldovan Parliament.
