The decision was made after the &#8220;Casa Noastr\u0103- Moldova&#8221; party leader Grigore Petrenco demanded the Penal College of the Court to authorize a protest on Bulgar\u0103 street, in the center of Chi\u0219in\u0103u.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the decision of the Court, Petrenco declared that his party would find another method of protesting:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;We wanted to organized a peaceful, absolutely legal protest to express our attitude towards the policy of the current regime and towards Vlad Plahotniuc. Nor Plahotniuc, nor the court can cancel this fundamental right to protest. We need to realize that if we want to obtain something, to be heard, we must protests&#8221;, stated Petrenco.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>According to him, his supporters will find a solution &#8220;to remind Plahotniuc about the &#8220;Freedom City&#8221; and the protests organized in front of his residence.<\/p>\n<p>His lawyer, Ana Ursachi, declared that the decision of the Court is part of the politically motivated decisions that would lead to suing Moldova at the European Court for Human Rights.<\/p>\n<p>The Freedom City in July 2015:<br \/>\n<img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" src=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/07\/p3-162.jpg\" width=\"610\" height=\"292\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/petrenco-group-freed-home-arrest-prohibited-protest\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Petrenco group<\/a> was arrested on 6 of September 2015 during a protest with clashes outside the building of the General Prosecution Office. Then, Petrenco and his fellows wanted to establish a tent camp to protest, but they were blocked by the policemen and accused of carrying too much metal with them.
