The law was adopted by 51 MPs of the ruling majority. <\/p>\n<p>The law projects 31,3 billion lei (approx. 1,6 billion USD) as state income and 35,5 billions (1,8 billion USD) for expenditures. The budget deficit consists of more than 4 billion lei. The project mainly relies on the hope that external aid will continue coming until the end of the financial year.<br \/>\nThe expenditures will increase in the defense by a third, while the environmental and the social investment decreases. The Ministry of Economy, that of Justice and that of Transportation will have increased budgets.<br \/>\nThe Parliament also approved the budget for Social and Medical Insurance for 2016. Some 15 billion lei are projected as incomes with a difference of 30 million lei for expenditures.
