After some minutes, Filat was transported back to Prison 13, despite the demand of the defense to take him to a hospital.<\/p>\n<p>The prosecutor who is doing Filat&#8217;s case, Adriana Be\u021bi\u0219or, stated that his state is a natural weakness for a person who didn&#8217;t eat for several days. Be\u021bi\u0219or said that the defense wants further medical investigation, but there is no medical statement for this.  <\/p>\n<p>Former PM&#8217;s lawyer, Igor Popa, declared that Filat&#8217;s health is not good and that he has been in hunger strike for 20 days, not 17.
