PM Filip also pointed out that the current Government doesn&#8217;t ask for confidence in advance from the external partners (EU, USA, IMF- Moldova.ORG), but for &#8220;patience and constructive collaboration&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The 100 days of the Filip Government were marked by several proposals and draft laws, delayed of course:<br \/>\n+the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/the-belated-integrity-reform-was-approved-by-the-government-of-moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\">integrity reform<\/a>;<br \/>\n+the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/10-prosecution-offices-unite-8-dissolved-one-created-moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\">reform<\/a> of the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/general-prosecutor-of-moldova-resigns-due-to-new-law-approved-by-the-parliament\/\" target=\"_blank\">General Prosecution Office<\/a>;<br \/>\n+the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/moratorium-of-state-checks-to-be-introduced-for-3-months-by-the-government-of-moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\">moratorium<\/a> on state controls for three months;<br \/>\n-the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/big-brother-moldova-government-wants-access-private-information-permit-block-content\/\" target=\"_blank\">Big Brother<\/a> law proposal;<br \/>\n-the unapproved budget plan for 2016;<br \/>\n-the decision of the Ministry of Finances to recover the costs of the one-billion theft from three banks with the taxpayers&#8217; money;<br \/>\n-the bad indexation of the pensions in April, lacking some 36 000 pensioners.<\/p>\n<p>The current reforms approved by the Democrat-ruled Government are reportedly the same draft laws that Democrats kept rejecting during the last 6 years of the pro-European majority.<\/p>\n<p>The Filip Government was voted by 57 members of the Parliament, majority formed out of Democrats, Liberals, former Communists and a group of Liberal-Democrats, on January 20th. The voting session didn&#8217;t include the Q&amp;A part and lasted for around 32 minutes.  The decision outraged the protest movement outside the Parliament, who tried to get in the building. The newly appointed Ministers along with the deputies secretly left protected by lines of policemen.
