The decision was made on Tuesday, 26th of April, by the R\u00e2\u0219cani court of Chi\u0219in\u0103u. <\/p>\n<p>The judges rejected the demand of the prosecutors to prolong the arrest with 30 more days <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/moldovan-political-activists-domestic-arrest-prolonged-facebook-post\/\" target=\"_blank\">for a Facebook post<\/a>. Instead, the group was put under judiciary control and restrictions. They are not allowed to leave their residence city or to participate in protests and mass gatherings. <\/p>\n<p>Petrenco thinks the last restriction is to be contested at the Appeal Court:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;This is a strange formulation and I consider that thus the rights are violated. We will attack these points from the decision. We will fight so that the case is closed. The imposed restrictions are ilegal&#8221;, declared the pro-Russian political activist.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The Petrenco group was arrested on 6 of September 2015 during a protest with clashes outside the building of the General Prosecution Office. Then, Petrenco and his fellows wanted to establish a tent camp to protest, but they were blocked by the policemen and accused of carrying too much metal with them. Before that, Petrenco was a Communist deputy in the Parliament of Moldova and a representative in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe.<br \/>\nThe members of the Petrenco group, and specifically Grigore Petrenco, Pavel Grigorciuk and Mihai Amemberg, were <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/petrenco-group-freed-under-the-warranty-of-the-socialists\/\" target=\"_blank\">freed<\/a> from arrest on 22nd of February, after some Socialist MPs offered warranty for them.
