The leader of “Our Party” and mayor of B\u0103l\u021bi, Renato Usat\u00eei, announced that he will not participate at the protests organized on April 24th by the Platform “Dignity and Truth”. Nevertheless, Usat\u00eei promised his party will organize another rally in the close future:<\/p>\n

“Our Party has its own vision in regard to the way how a protest should be. We proposed to delay the protests to the organizers, but they refused and it’s their right. Our Party will organize its own protests in the following period. We don’t have the right to only protest, but we are obliged to win”, said Usat\u00eei. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Moreover, Usat\u00eei declared that the oligarch Vlad Plahotniuc prepared several “surprises” to prevent the protests:<\/p>\n

“(They) bought all the transport units from the country, so that people cannot come to Chi\u0219in\u0103u on April 24th. They will come with cars, but there certainly will not be tens of thousands of people”, stated the leader of Our Party.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

He mentions in his message that his party came to the conclusion that the date should be changed in order “to surprise the government and to win over it”. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, the Platform “Dignity and Truth” is preparing for a huge anti-Governmental , “anti-oligarchic” protests in Chi\u0219in\u0103u on Sunday, April 24th.<\/p>\n

The biggest opposition party, the Socialists Party, announced it would refrain from participating at the rally due to the Sunday of Flowers, a religious holiday for Orthodox Christians from Moldova.
\nAt the same time, the leader of the Socialists, Igor Dodon, is in a conflictual situation with Renato Usat\u00eei, who declared that the Socialist is “ill” due to Vlad Plahotniuc who, in his turn, “hid the antidote”.
