In this regard, on March 30, the Chamber of Deputies of Romania approved the agreement of financial assistance signed on October 7th 2015. <\/p>\n<p>Thus, the agreement was voted by 252 Romanian deputies by rejecting the reexamination demand of the President Klaus Iohannis, who <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/romania-president-klaus-iohannis-canceled-the-e160mln-assistance-loan-for-moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\">delayed it<\/a> and asked for real reforms from the Moldovan Government in November 2015. Even Dacian Ciolo\u0219, Romania&#8217;s PM, declared in January, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/en\/dacian-ciolos-romanias-pm-moldova-will-receive-funds-only-after-government-starts-reforms\/\" target=\"_blank\">at the meeting with the Moldova PM Pavel Filip<\/a>, that Romania will restart the loan agreement &#8220;only after Moldovan Government \u201cengages in reforms, in full dialogue with the civil society and shows it in real facts&#8221;. The first part of 100 million euros would be given only after an agreement between the IMF and Moldova is signed. <\/p>\n<p>The money will be given during 5 years for a rate of 1,5%. <\/p>\n<p>A short reminder: Two weeks after the joint Government session, the Republic of Moldova, represented by former PM Valeriu Strele\u021b, and Romania, represented by ex-PM Victor Ponta, signed on October 7th 2015 an agreement for a loan of 150 million euros.
