The reforms needed &#8220;very quickly&#8221; will facilitate the transfer of 60 million euros from the 150 million euros loan agreement between Moldova and Romania. <\/p>\n<p>Ciolo\u0219 stresses that implementing these recommendations will create ground for &#8220;relaunching the partnerships with other international financial partners&#8221;. <\/p>\n<p>The measures and recommendations given by Romanian Government are the following:<br \/>\n-Prioritization of implementing the Association Agreement with the European Union;<\/p>\n<p>-A transparent process of designating the Governor of National Bank and sticking to professionalism and integrity skills that would restore the image of the Bank and would be capable of ensuring safe banking policies and audits of commercial banks;<\/p>\n<p>-Establishing a road map of further economic development after an agreement with the International Monetary Fund;<\/p>\n<p>-Starting the creation of a legislative package of measures for the improvement of the business sphere, with the consultance of the civil society and the business representatives;<\/p>\n<p>-Launching a systemic analysis of the vulnerabilities of the banking market, by consolidating the capacity of the National Bank, ensuring the transparence of the holders, fighting the money laundering and the unregulated transfers;<\/p>\n<p>-Updating and implementing the Reformation Strategy for the Justice Sector and the National Anti-Corruption Strategy, including an evaluation of the Prosecution Office and the National Anti-Corruption Office.
