The Constitutional Court of Moldova didn’t accept the report made by the Socialists regarding the voting of the Filip Government. <\/p>\n

According to the Constitutional judges, Parliament’s decision of voting the Government is the expression of the MPs’ will and is a political action. Thus, the voting cannot be examined from the Constitutional point of view. <\/p>\n

“The Parliament doesn’t approve the program of a Government, but accepts it, as the presentation and the acception are just elements of the voting process”, declared the judges. <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Stating the same causes, the Court refused to comment on the “political action of the President” to approve the Government. <\/p>\n

The Government led by Pavel Filip was voted in the Parliament in less than 30 minutes, without any presentation or debating of the program on January 20th. It was secretly sworn in by the President at 11 pm on the same day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
