The candidate Prime-Minister of Moldova, Ion Sturza, published the list of members and the program of the new Government on his Facebook profile. Sturza said the proposal was already sent to the Parliament. <\/p>\n

\n8. Minister of Justice- Stanislav Pavlovschi<\/strong>
\n9. Minister of Internal Affairs- Alexandru Stoianoglo<\/strong>
\n10. Minister of Defense- Viorel Ciubotaru<\/strong>
\n11. Minister of Regional Development and Constructions- Svetlana Dogotaru<\/strong>

In the economic domain, the Sturza Government wants to sign an agreement with the IMF, to investigate the concession contract of the Airport, to reduce the monopol of metal exports, to reduce the cost of public services, the nationalization of ilegally-acquired shares in commercial banks, the implementation of the common account for fiscal obligations, the development of the common control on the border with Romania. <\/p>\n

In the transportation system, the new Government wants to introduce the European security and quality standards, the audit of the road safety, to reform the railway system of Moldova with the help of the EBRD and EIB.<\/p>\n

In the education system, the Government wants to integrate the universities in the European Higher Education Area, while in the healthcare domain, he wants to extend the list of compensated drugs and to revise the price policy of the drugs. <\/p>\n

In the judicial domain, Sturza wants to exclude the initial term of 5 years for judges and to implement the e-justice system to eliminate the human factor from the justice processes. <\/p>\n

The Sturza Government wants to develop the economic cooperation with Canada, Japan, People’s Republic of China, Turkey, Israel, South Korea, India, Qatar, but also with Belarus and Kazahstan. <\/p>\n

Besides the tasks of the Government, Ion Sturza wants to propose the reform of the General Prosecution Office, to make more efficient the activity of the Constitutional Court and to change the method of accreditation of judges. <\/p>\n

The Parliament of the Republic of Moldova will have an extraordinary session on 4 of January 2016<\/a> in order to examine the demand of the candidate Prime-Minister Ion Sturza for voting the new Government. <\/p>\n

Ion Sturza, the 55 years old businessman with an estimate wealth of 100 million euros, was the Prime-Minister of the Republic of Moldova between February and December 1999.
