The group of 13 persons intended to take the control over B\u0103l\u021bi and then over the capital Chi\u0219in\u0103u by attacking the state institutions. <\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"740\" height=\"416\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/72n9qovuUFE?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The deputy chief of the General Inspectorate of Police, Gheorghe Cavcaliuc, declared that the group, called &#8220;People&#8217;s Army Kotovtzy&#8221;, was planning to attack the Prison from B\u0103l\u021bi, in order to free 400 detainees and to get 50% of them as adherents.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;The members of the group are dangerous persons. The leader is well prepared and is a good psychologist&#8221;, told Cavcaliuc.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Accordingly, six members had a criminal past, including thefts, bargains and human trafficking. Three of the arrested have the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova, of Ukraine and of the Russian Federation. <\/p>\n<p>The paramilitaries wanted to get some 300 adherents and then, to attack the Military Unit in B\u0103l\u021bi to get heavy weapons. Then, it was supposed to steal from businessmen and to take the control over the factories in northern Moldova.
