Another Sunday- another day of civic protests in the center of Chisinau, the capital of the Republic of Moldova.
\nAfter the Pro-Russian Socialists canceled their meeting<\/a>, the Civic Platform “Dignity and Truth”, known as Pro-European, told people to come with chrysanthemum flowers at the protest, a symbol of fall.
\nUnsatisfied by the authorities, the members of the Platform called for “civic non-obedience”. Two leaders, Andrei Nastase and Constantin Cheianu, called the people to protest against the Government by “refusing to pay taxes and electric energy bills, because half of them go to the wallet of Plahotniuc”.
\nA part of the protesting group and veterans from the war of Transnistria demanded an extraordinary session of the Parliament to be held on Sunday. Angry, some of them wanted to enter the building and pushed the row made out of policemen, who rejected their sudden “attack”.
