The Party of the Socialists and Partidul Nostru (Our Party), known as clearly Pro-Russian parties from Moldova, installed tents outside the building of the Parliament on Thursday, September 24th. They planned to protest on Sunday, but the Socialist leader Igor Dodon declared that he got the “necessary documents”.<\/p>\n

The Pro-Russians announced their protests would join the long-term protest of the Civic Platform “Dignity and Truth”, even if both parts had conflicts and argued about each other’s intentions.<\/p>\n

“We installed the City of the Victory outside the Parliament. There are 100-200 tents and hundreds of people. There are even 10 Socialist MPs. Me and other Socialists will stay here for the night”, wrote Dodon on his Facebook page.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The leader of Partidul Nostru, scandalous businessman and mayor of Balti, Renato Usatyi declared that they decided to install the tents in front of the Parliament, so that the civic platform wouldn’t be able to protest there on Friday.<\/p>\n

The initiative to install tents belongs to our activists. There are 60 tents. We coordinated with the police and installed a scene. We wait for the people to join us on Sunday, September 27th, to protest against the oligarchic regime”, told Usatyi.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The administration of Chisinau announced earlier to appeal a court to ban all the protests outside the Parliament, because the Pro-Russians and the civic protesters couldn’t agree on how to share the square.<\/p>\n

The Civic Platform “Dignity and Truth” declared that it cannot accept the call of the Pro-Russian parties, because the main objective of the platform is to follow the European path.<\/p>\n
