In order to establish patriotic education for the young generation, a Museum of Soviet Occupation will be created at Moldova’s Center of Military Culture and History.<\/p>\n

The decision was signed by the Defense Minister, Anatol Salaru. The first exhibit of the new museum will be the tank T-34, unmounted from Infantry Brigade “\u0218tefan cel Mare” with the participation of Government and Army officials. The Brigade “\u0218tefan cel Mare” will also send the PT floating tank to the exhibition.<\/p>\n

The Minister Salaru declared that the foundation of the Museum is necessary for the young people to know the historical truth and the consequences of that period of time. He stressed that no citizen should be educated with the Soviet military symbols and with a mentality of a loser towards the occupants.<\/p>\n
