The prosecutors from the Appeal Court Ploiesti Romania stated that the scenario of the fraud of Petrotel Lukoil and the Romanian state budget included the international corporation Lukoil, Moldovan companies and commercial societies from fiscal paradises, reports Digi24<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The investigation in the Lukoil case began last year. The prosecutors discovered a fraud of 230 million euros that was coming from money laundering and evasion from commercial ties with firms from the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n

The investigators that Petrotel Lukoil SA was faking import-export activities in Dana 15, Constanta port, in order to keep the payments balance.<\/p>\n

Instead of going to SC IMD TRADE LLP London, the gasoline was going to several firms from Moldova, without paying the taxes: VERO NADINA SRL Nisporeni, PAR STAR PETROL SRL Cimi\u0219lia, BASA PETROL\u00a0SRL Chisinau, ENERGO PETROL SRL Bardar, SC LUKOIL MOLDOVA SRL and others.<\/p>\n

One of the firms, PAR STAR PETROL is reportedly belonging<\/a> to the Liberal leader, Mihai Ghimpu.<\/p>\n
