The Government of Ukraine included Republic of Moldova in the list of the off-shore countries. This means that all the commercial operations between Ukraine and Moldova will be monitored by the Ukrainian fiscal authorities.<\/p>\n

The decision of the Minister Chamber from Kyiv, regards the operations done with 70 off-shore countries, including European ones.<\/p>\n

Besides usual off-shore countries, the list includes European countries like Andorra, Austria, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ireland, Spanish Canary Islands, Cyprus, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Republic of Moldova, autonomous region Madeira (Portugal), San Marino, Montenegro, Switzerland.<\/p>\n

The Ukrainians will do monitoring of the operations done through states like Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Qatar, Bahrain, Maroc, United Arab Emirates and some from Africa.<\/p>\n

When taking this decision, there had been taken in count several criterias such as: small income taxes, if they are less then 5%, lack of official information regarding the owners of companies that have commercial ties with Ukraine and lack of agreement regarding the sharing of information with these countries.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
