These children were recognized \u201cuneducable\u201d by the Transnistrian authorities.<\/p>\n<p>While visiting the center many of the children have learnt how to take care of themselves in their daily chores, to draw pictures and to sew soft toys.<\/p>\n<p>As long as the children are in the center, their parents have the possibility to work. Even though some parents do not work it is impossible to live on a pension that amounts to almost USD 55. Nevertheless they have to pay only for public utilities USD 45-70.<\/p>\n<p><strong>This video was made within the framework of the project \u201cPromotion of Human Rights in the Transnistrian Region of Republic of Moldova\u201d coordinated by news portal Moldova.ORG.
