The European Investment Bank will have an office in Republic of Moldova. The agreement regarding the creation of the EIB mission in Moldova was signed on Friday, \u00a0April 24th, by the Moldovan Prime-Minister, Chiril Gaburici, and the Vice-President of EIB, Wilhelm Molterer.<\/p>\n

“We are living an important event for Moldova. The EIB office will offer a lot of advantages to our country. We will have access to new projects and will improve the relations with this bank”, \u00a0declared Chiril Gaburici.<\/p>\n

The Prime-Minister mentioned that together with EIB, Moldova has a good history of collaboration and that “by joining forces, there will be done progress in the process of European Integration”.<\/p>\n

Wilhelm Molterer stressed that “today is a big day and an important day for EIB and Moldova”.<\/p>\n

“We started the successful story here some years ago, and now I can say that Moldova is the country number one from the Eastern Partnership, taking in count the invested capital”, said the Vice-President of EIB, mentioning that the bank ready to support projects of infrastructure, agriculture, energy and water providing.<\/p>\n

Until now, Republic of Moldova signed 13 agreements of financing with the European Investment Bank. The projects regarding the road infrastructure, water providing systems, food domain and small enterprises were funded with more than 557 million euros.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
