This opinion was showed as predominant by the Barometer of Public Opinion, conducted by CBS-AXA for the Institute for Public Policy.<\/p>\n<p>According to the poll, 42,8% think that Vlad Filat is guilty, 36%- Vlad Plahotniuc, 9,4%- the businessman Ilan Shor, 7,7%- the governor of the National Bank, 7,4%- Marian Lupu, the leader of the Democrats, 7,1%- Vladimir Voronin, the leader of the Communists.<\/p>\n<p>71,7% of the interviewed people think that &#8220;the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/two-commercial-banks-are-suspected-of-prejudicing-the-national-bank-of-moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\">problems<\/a> regarding <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/searches-and-hearings-in-the-case-of-defrauding-of-banca-de-economii-and-banca-sociala\/\" target=\"_blank\">Banca de Economii<\/a> had been generated by the dirty schemes of some government officials&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>89% think that the fluctuation of the exchange rate affected a lot the Moldovan economy and 81% were affected personally. 87,4% said that they have been affected by the growing prices, 6% said that they lost money while exchanging currencies, and for 11,4% it was complicated to pay their debts.<\/p>\n<p>The poll had a sample of 1104 people from 85 towns and villages, and was conducted between March 28 and April 7, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, Banca de Economii, one of the biggest banks of Moldova, and Banca Sociala, have lost big amounts of money, obtained from the National Bank of Moldova, by giving big loans to ghost companies from Russia.
