The Moldovan authorities attest that the Russian Federation continues to interfere in the political process of our country. This statement has been said by the Vice-minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of Moldova at a meeting with Russian Ambassador to Moldova Farit Mukhametshin today.
\nMoldovan official drew attention of Russian diplomat to the admissibility of such actions, including the open support of the Russian Federation for a candidate at the election, what overshadows development of constructive relationship between two countries.
\nAlso within meeting, the officials have talked about the main problems and prospects of Moldovan- Russian relations of this year.
\nIt has also been emphasized the need to boost the Transnistrian conflict settlement process.
\nThe LDPM faction leader, Vlad Filat said yesterday that the Russian Federation is directly interfered in the internal affairs of the Republic of Moldova, especially in the electoral process of UTA Gagauz-Yeri.
\nThe vice-minister asked the state institutions, in particular the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, to give the necessary qualifications to this situation, to ask the Russian Federation not to interfere in the internal affairs of Moldova.<\/p>\n
