They declared they didn&#8217;t want vote a &#8220;compromised&#8221; choice.<\/p>\n<p>Chiril Gaburici\u00a0had the position of manager of the mobile network company Moldcell during 2009 and 2012 and after a case of money-washing, went to Azercell, another part of the TeliaSonera group.
