Time has passed, but the parties didn&#8217;t agree on the structure of the\u00a0future Government.<\/p>\n<p>The civil society is anxious about the process of negotiations, because the parties are actually sharing the seats, the Ministries and the state control institutions.<\/p>\n<p>The same situation happened in 2009 and 2010 in the first years of so-called &#8221;Pro-European&#8221; Government. Then they shared several Ministries on the basis of the gained mandates and not on the requested professional skills. Year by year, it turned up that several state persons, including the former PM, Vlad Filat, were involved directly in cases of corruption at big scale, economical violations, as raider attacks on banks. or even in crimes. Only a little part of the delinquencies had been condemned and only a few Ministers presented their resignations, and thus, the people lost partly their trust in the European parties. People&#8217;s opinion changed a little bit when Iurie Leanca took the initiative to lead the Government in 2013 because he proved to have good diplomatic and leadership skills. There should also be taken in consideration the fact that the parties are led by personal desires of their leadership, called as oligarchs: the Liberal-Democrats-by Vlad Filat and the Democrats-by Vlad Plahotniuc, both involved in cases of corruption and raider attacks directly or indirectly.<\/p>\n<p>Things got complicated on 12 of December when the public opinion found out that Mihai Ghimpu, the leader of the Liberal Party, was\u00a0reportedly claiming the seat of the President, as well as other control positions. A day after, the Party published a release where it stated that &#8221;the positions of control should not be claimed, shared or changed between the ruling parties&#8221;. The rumors about an internal conflict were growing and culminated on the 15 of December, when the Communists Party <a title=\"declared\" href=\"http:\/\/www.moldova.org\/the-communists-are-ready-to-cooperate-with-the-european-government-of-moldova\/\" target=\"_blank\">declared<\/a> that it is ready and open to collaborate with the European Government.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\">The Liberals expressed in public their unwillingness to work with the Communists due to moral causes, while the Liberal-Democrats and the Democrats gave the impression that the possibility of creating a large national coalition is pretty convenient and appropriate.
