The Constitutional Court of Republic of Moldova declared that the Parliamentary elections from the 30 of November are valid and accredited the 101 elected deputies. The decision was pronounced by Alexandru T\u0103nase, the chairman of the Court.<\/p>\n

The institution also declined the protests\u00a0of the Communists’ Party, the Reformatory-Communist Party, the Socialists’ Party, the Electoral block for Customs Union and of the independent candidate, Oleg Brega.<\/p>\n

According to the percentage, the share of all the 101 seats in the new Parliament is the following: the Socialists-25 seats, the Liberal-Democrats-23 seats, the Communists-21, the Democrats-19 and the Liberals-13 seats.<\/p>\n
