The third place belongs to the Communists Party that has got 17,48% of the votes. There is also a possibility that the Communists would like to join the Government in the process of European Integration.<\/p>\n<p>The first project in the new assembly can be the change of the article regarding the election procedure of the President of Moldova. This question was given during the Constitutional referendum in 2010, but people refused to choose their own President instead of the Parliament. Igor Dodon, the leader of the Socialists Party, declared that his party is open to work with the Pro-European Government on this project in order to avoid another political crisis.<\/p>\n<p>Republic of Moldova is a parliamentary republic and this means that the President is chosen only by the MPs and has limited power.
