The Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Moldova, Alexandru Tanase, declared that the Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Sergey Lavrov, is not right \u00a0and fair when he comments on the Court`s decision to make constitutional the Association Agreement \u00a0between Moldova and European Union.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

”The problem of the legality of some parties whose goals are not ”the European Integration” was never discussed by the Court. It is a 100% lie. In the decision from 9 of October 2014 there is no thing told by Lavrov”, wrote on his Facebook page Tanase.<\/span><\/p>\n

On 20 of October, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russian Federation, Sergey Lavrov, declared that Moscow considers ”unacceptable” the decision of the Court from Chisinau, that ”prohibits the activity of parties that are against the European Union”.<\/span><\/p>\n

”At this moment, the officials from Chisinau are trying to move in an undemocratic direction. I was stupefied of reading that the Constitutional Court prohibited the activity of parties that are against EU”, said Lavrov at a meeting of high-ranked diplomats of the project ”Civil University”.<\/span><\/p>\n

The chief of the Russian diplomacy said that Moscow wants to clarify all the claims of Court’s decision.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
