The delegation of the Parliament of Republic of Moldova participates at the Parliamentary Assembly of European Council, at Strasbourg, during 29 of September-3 of October 2014.<\/p>\n

The delegation composes from the Vice-President of the Parliament, Liliana Palihovici, the chief of the Foreign Affairs Commission,\u00a0Ana Gu\u021bu and the MPs Stella Jantuan, Valeriu Ghile\u021bchi and Grigore Petrenco.<\/p>\n

During the session, there will be discussed about the crisis in Ukraine, about the warnings made by ISIL and about the violence upon religious communities. Such topics as the neo-nazist movements, women rights, the perspectives of cooperation in Mediterranean area, the right government, the improvement of education, the care of breast cancer patients, the parliamentary elections in Turkey, the good functioning of democracy in Georgia and the Albania’s duty to the Council of Europe.<\/p>\n

In the first part of the session, there will take place a ceremony of giving the prizes for human rights ”Vaclav Havel”, for the second year. The prize of \u20ac<\/span>60 000 is offered to a person or to a organization that fights for human rights.<\/p>\n

According to the agenda, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan,\u00a0Elmar Mammadyarov, the President of the Ministries Council of Europe, will have a speech and the Deputy for Human rights,\u00a0Nils Muiznieks, will present a report regarding the crisis in Ukraine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
