The National Bureau of Statistics published recently the results of Moldova’s economic growth for the first half of the 2014. It is remarkable that the GDP rose to 47,69 billions of lei or 3,9% in percents.<\/p>\n

It may be an usual fact that GDP rose in the context of the following parliamentary elections, the destabilization of the regional situation, but also of the continuous pressure on the economy done by Russia through embargo. Actually, the GDP rose mainly because of the Net Exports, that helped economy to advance with 3,2%.<\/p>\n

This was a result of the positive balance between the evolution of Exports(+3,2%) and Imports(-1,8%). The numbers state clearly that between European Union and Euro-Asiatic Customs Union, the EU is the most important factor of economic growth for Moldova’s economy. Thus, the dynamics of exports by groups of states show an increased rate of 21,4% of exports to the EU and decreased numbers(15,6%) of exports to the former Soviet states.<\/p>\n

A deep analysis doesn’t show any remarkable domain, such as 2013 example of agriculture, that was the engine of the economy.<\/p>\n
