The leader of Transnistria, the break-away region of Moldova, Evgheny Shevchuk<\/span>, signed a order that obligates enterprises, that have and manage bunkers and other objectives of civil security, to prepare them for use till November 1st.<\/p>\n

Shevchuk<\/span>\u00a0also ordered to regulate all the acts of renting or possession of these rooms. It has been prohibited to demolish bunkers and other security shelters. Those who will not obey to the order, will be fined with fees.<\/p>\n

The official site of the so-called president of the region didn’t give a proper explanation of these arrangements. This comes in the context of last week, when the leader from Tiraspol asked to consolidate the army, ”in a way to be able to face any military provocations on the borders of the region”. Even if he says there is no military warning for Transnistria, Shevchuk<\/span>\u00a0identifies Moldova as a potential military enemy.<\/p>\n

”According to the leading officers of the army, at the moment there are no risks of military threats.
