Almost 600 foreign citizens have the stay regulations on the territory of Moldova since the beginning of 2014. As Border Police informed, 593 foreigners have infringed Article 333 of the Contravention Code of the Republic of Moldova.<\/p>\n

Most of the people who violated the rules of stay (458) have been registered at the border with Ukraine. Only 21 persons have been identified at the border with Romania, while other 114 foreign nationals have been tracked down at Chisinau International Airport\u2019s checkpoint.<\/p>\n

Among those who mostly ignore the regulations of stay on the territory of Moldova are the Russian citizens (286), followed by Ukrainian nationals (195). A lower number of infringements were registered among Belarusian citizens (13), Uzbekistan (11), Romania (10), Azerbaijan (9), Turkey (8), Kazakhstan (8), Israel (8), Armenia (8), as well as citizens of other states.<\/p>\n

Border police said that there is a decrease in number of foreigners who violate the stay rules on the territory of Moldova, compared to the same period of last year. Therefore, during the first seven months of 2013, border police has registered 995 people who have not respected the stay requirements.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
