The Ministry of Justice\u2019s argument is a complete aberration &#8211; Pavlovsky said in an interview for &#8220;Panorama&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Charter &#8211; a document which regulates the internal discipline of the party. The state should not interfere in the parties\u2019s activity, except when the activity is in contradiction to the law. In this case, there were not any violation of law. Even if the Congress party held a few days before the period specified in the Charter, it shouldn\u2019t affect the validity of decisions.
