They are followed by 444 Ukrainian nationals and 139 Romanians. Seventy of them were from Turkey, while 37 came from Azerbaijan.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe majority of persons were detained at the Moldovan-Ukrainian border \u2013 950, other 624 were detained at the border crossing point Chi\u0219in\u0103u &#8211; Airport and 170 foreign nationals \u2013 at exit of the country via border crossing points at the Moldovan-Romanian border,\u201d the Moldovan Border Service reported.<\/p>\n<p>Similar infringements were reported since the start of the year. Over 200 such offences of period of stay were registered from January 2014 until now.<\/p>\n<p>The authorities inform that foreign citizens have a legal right to stay on the territory of Moldova up to 90 days within six months.
