They also plan to encourage the EaP frontrunners by supporting them based on the \u201cmore for more\u201d principle. That would encompass financial support, more mobility for citizens, including student exchanges, twinning projects and increased participation in EU programs.<\/p>\n<p>According to the paper, a specific attention should be paid to Moldova and Georgia. Therefore, constant high-level visits of EU officials delivering encouraging and clear messages should be made on a regular basis.<\/p>\n<p>An enhancement of the mobility agenda is also foreseen.
