Infotag Director Alexander Tanas was not surprised with such dynamics of the visit growth: "Two years ago, when we marked the 500,000th visitor, the figure seemed astronomically great to me because public’s interest to press information was fairly low at that time. However, judging by the visit dynamics over last 1.5 years, I won’t be surprised if the 5-millionth visit takes place within, say, a year from now". <\/p>\n

Mr. Tanas explains the growing interest to the Infotag’s website with both general factors and the Moldovan mass media specifics. <\/p>\n

"Last several years, one can observe improvements in many essential spheres of the Moldovan economy. Moldova has set course for Europe, so interest to this republic has substantially grown from behalf of foreigners and domestic observers who are interested in following the developments taking place in Moldova – political, economic, financial and other ones. Naturally, people in such situation wish to receive information from sources they trust and consider them to be objective and time-proven", said Alexander Tanas. <\/p>\n
