The Agency found infringements of 58 million lei (MDL) in their trading relations with third parties, Infotag news agency reports.<\/p>\n<p>Victor Parlicov, the ANRE Director said that the breaches were made during the purchase of count meter. According to him, Moldovatransgaz has overpaid some 45 million lei.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;The main function of the enterprise is to prove to the national regulator that it had bought equipment on the most reasonable prices. Taking into account the fact that between Moldovatransgaz and the official distributor there are two other companies that have the same employees, it is clear that these companies are related to Moldovatransgaz. Moreover, they supply only count meters and only to Moldovatransgaz. Thus, it means that they were created on purpose, in order to be part of this scheme,&quot; said Victor Parlicov.<\/p>\n<p>The company rejects ANRE&rsquo;s assessment. They said that the decision &ldquo;is groundless and does not take into account the arguments of the enterprise.&rdquo;<\/p>\n<p>&quot;The procedure of purchasing goods and services is transparent and competitive. Thus, the conclusion made by ANRE, which stated that Moldovatransgaz has commercial relations with shadowy companies, is incorrect. All the companies were legally-registered when they presented their documents. Moreover, the documentation did not contain information on its founders of stakeholders,&quot; Executive Director of Moldovatransgaz Valentin Boghean said.<\/p>\n<p>General Prosecutor&#8217;s Office and the Parliament will start an investigation on this case.<\/p>\n<p>ANRE discovered another deflection on the Moldovan market a few days ago.  A petroleum concern in Moldova could have its license withdrawn for illegally raising the import prices. &bdquo;Defoil&rdquo; SRL is accused to have used a third party network to illegitimate make the prices go up.<\/p>\n<p>ANRE reported that over $78,000 have been raised by the third parties as a result of the speculations made. ANRE proved that part of the petroleum products imported that were declared at the customs were sent to &ldquo;Defoil&rdquo; SRL by a Romanian supplier.
