The negotiations were held during last two years and include the provisions of all existent bilateral agreements within the Commonwealth of Independent States.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">According to the Minister of Economy, Valeriu Lazar, the Agreement excludes the possibility of embargoes by CIS member states. Signatory parties will not take such decisions without consultation or reasoning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"><span lang=\"EN-US\">The negotiations focused towards the development of harmonious economic relations between countries, by ensuring appropriate conditions for a fair competition.
