In the first half of this year, gas supplies to Republic of Moldova without the Transnistrian region reduced with 5,1% comparing to the same period of the last year. According to the report of the National Agency for Energy Regulation on monitoring this segment of the energy market, gas supplies to Moldova constituted 576,8 million cubic meters.<\/p>\n

According to the report, commercial agents reduced the most their consumption, with 17,2% up to 102,2 million cubic meters. Population consumed 182,3 million cubic meters (-6,1%) and state institutions – 32,4 million cubic meters (-4,5%). <\/span><\/p>\n

A growth in consumption was registered only at energy companies – 259,9 million cubic meters, with 1,4% more comparing with the same period of the last year. <\/span><\/p>\n

Therefore, the largest share of the gas consumption structure (45%) went to energy companies. The share of households was about 32%, of commercial agents – 18%, of state institutions – 5,6%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Natural gas supplies constituted about 3,5 billion lei. This amount is higher with 20,9% comparing to the same period of the last year, which is determined by the increasing  purchase price of natural gas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
