An outline of the State Budget 2012 revenues from public property privatization will be over fulfilled, said Tudor Copaci, the Director of the Public Property. He stated that denationalization revenues are expected at the level of over 300 million lei, though the Budget provides for a sum of 260 million, according to Infotag news agency.<\/p>\n

"Besides, the government expects to get 257 million lei on account of dividends on public shares in joint-stock companies and 55-million-lei assignments from state enterprise profits. Altogether, it is projected to get about 600 million lei from state property administration and privatization", the expert said.<\/p>\n

According to him, the initial price established for objects offered for privatization in March is about $67,523,654.<\/p>\n

"Thanks to tenders within the industrial park Tracom, it is projected to attract investment worth $7, 601, 35," Mr. Copaci said.<\/p>\n

According to Infotag, the government expects to get $21,959,459 million lei from privatization during 2012. The largest enterprises like Moldtelecom, Banca de Economii and Air Moldova will not be affected in 2012.<\/p>\n

"One must understand that at privatization of such large companies like Moldtelecom, Banca de Economii and Air Moldova, it is necessary to undergo certain stages, during which enterprises are prepared for the process, as well as to ensure necessary reforms in each sector.
