\nThe World Bank (WB) will provide Moldova with money for ending the Government Electronic Transformation project in Moldova. The negotiations with the bank will start in the end of February.<\/p>\n

According to the Ministry of Informational Technologies and Telecommunications (MITT), Minister Pavel Filip said during the meeting with the WB representatives about the importance of the project, adding the authorities will apply all efforts to speed up the process.<\/p>\n

"The e-Government principles implementation is the Government major priority as it constitutes one of the solutions for efficient and accessible administration of different areas. And MITT plays a decisive role here", Pavel Filip said.<\/p>\n

According to Oleg Petrov, the World Bank project responsible, Moldova is the first country to join the WB Initiative on the state electronic transformation.<\/p>\n
