\nThe Public Property Agency has offered for sale via the Moldova Stock Exchange state stock holdings of 45 enterprises, which can be bought at auctions during December 7-10. The majority objects are in raions [region in Moldova] and were offered for sale for several times already, but without success.<\/p>\n

The Government sells majority stock holdings of the Falesti, Orhei, Cupcini and Soldanesti tobacco-zymotic factories that were not claimed at July and September auctions. At the same time, prices almost did not change – for example, initial price of the Falesti factory stock is 1 leu at face value of 17 lei.<\/p>\n

21.02% of stocks of EuroCreditBank, as in July, have to be sold in 5 lots with 4.204% each. At the same time, stock price went down to 10.5 from 12 lei.<\/p>\n

Price on Moldindconbank stocks were cut down to 400 from 850 lei, the state owns 3.278 thousand stocks (0.295%) there.<\/p>\n

The state still hopes to sell its share (34.9%) in the Jolly Alon hotel of the capital. The Agency cut down stock price to 225 thousand lei from 300 thousand lei in September.<\/p>\n

Infotag’s dossier: The Public Property Agency sold state stock holdings of 55 enterprises to the amount of 6.75 million lei at the Moldova Stock Exchange within 4 auctions in September. Almost all holdings of stocks were sold at the initial price during the first day of public sales. Only the price on Criuleni Librarul store stock went up during auction to 4.06 from 2.5 lei. Thus and so, 72.5% of stocks were sold at the amount of 869.2 thousand lei. The biggest sum was gained during the last day of public sales for the state stock holding of the Victoria Edinet fish breeding enterprise – over 2 million lei.
