But even if it comes &#8211; we will immediately restore same tariffs be means of another decision&quot;, Parlicov said.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, existing tariff are real and must be paid.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;Leader of Moldova Unita Vladimir Turcan shall produce his political capital in another place, not due to ANRE&quot;, the agency director said.<\/p>\n<p>The SCJ canceled the Court of Appeal&#8217;s decision that provided party&#8217;s suit against ANRE&#8217;s decision on growing gas tariffs in May must be excluded from examination.
