The Administration Board of the National Agency for Energy Regulation (ANRE) approved the new version of the regulations concerning the supply and use of electric power. The document regulates the legal relations between the electric power suppliers and consumers.<\/p>\n

The Agency’s director Vitalie Iurcu said that the new document stipulates the terms and conditions regarding the connection to and disconnection from the power supply, interruption of the supply and methods of assessing the damage caused to the consumer by the supplier and by the consumer to the supplier.<\/p>\n

“We think that the new regulations will help solve the disputes between the suppliers and consumers,” Iurcu said.<\/p>\n

The regulations will take effect after published in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
