The Government will offer the Moldovans that work abroad advice on how to invest the earned money in the national economy. The measures will be implemented according to a plan of action for stimulating the Moldovans working abroad to return home. The plan covering the period between 2008 and 2010 was approved by the Government on Wednesday. <\/p>\n

The citizens will be helped to choose the area in which they can start new businesses by implementing an efficient management. Special attention will be paid to diversifying the entrepreneurial activities by creating small and medium-sized enterprises for processing agricultural products and small cattle and poultry farms, and to developing the small industrial sector by opening mini-bakeries, oil extraction units, etc. <\/p>\n

The remittances will be oriented towards developing rural tourism by opening agri-tourist pensions. The persons that want to open such facilities will be provided with the assistance needed to include these pensions into the tourist itinerary. <\/p>\n

The Government will help establish partnerships between education institutions and companies so as to provide the students with jobs. <\/p>\n

Broad activities will be carried out to inform the Moldovans working abroad about the possibilities of social-economic reintegration in Moldova, including by publishing and distributing brochures and leaflets and by strengthening the information centers working under Moldova’s embassies abroad. There will be created a special website with useful information for migrants. <\/p>\n
