The Chamber of Trade and Industry (CTI) and the Banks Association of Moldova (BAM) signed a cooperation agreement for 2008-2009. The document was signed by the Chamber’s president Gheorghe Cucu and the Association’s president Dumitru Ursu. <\/p>\n

Under the program, the members of the BAM will take part in exhibitions, fairs, forums and foreign economic missions in Moldova, in the events organized by the CTI abroad and in meetings with foreign businesspersons and representatives of the banking sector that will visit Moldova. <\/p>\n

The two institutions will stimulate the foreign delegations to take part in the exhibitions, fairs, forums, economic missions and seminars that will be held in Moldova. <\/p>\n

The BAM president Dumitru Ursu stressed that the agreement aims to promote and safeguard the interests of the members of the two institutions in the economic system of the country, in the relations with the government authorities and with foreign businesses. <\/p>\n
