Mobiasbanca – Groupe Societe Generale has issued an additional set of shares to the nominal value of 28.8 million lei. The share issue was registered at the National Commission on the Financial Market. <\/p>\n

The shares were purchased by two strategic partners: the Romanian Development Bank (BRD) and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). <\/p>\n

Now, Groupe Societe Generale holds 67.85% of the bank’s shares, BRD – Groupe Societe Generale – 20%, EBRD – 8.84%, while the minor shareholders – 3.31%. <\/p>\n

The authorized capital of Mobiasbanca includes 10 million shares with a nominal value of 10 lei. After issuing a new set of shares, the bank’s normative capital rose by US$180.2 million. <\/p>\n
