The Moldova-largest bread producer in the person of the Franzeluta juridical persons will allocate 30% of its profit for 2008 for paying out dividends. A respective decision was taken by the general meeting of shareholders. <\/p>\n

According to the enterprise’s financial report, the company’s turnover exceeded 527.7 million lei last year (USD52.7 million) that is 80 million lei more than in 2006. At the same time the net profit decreased almost 2.5 times to 12.49 million lei (USD1.2 million). <\/p>\n

It was decided to use the major part of the profit (64.2%) for the development fund, 5% – for its reserve capital. <\/p>\n

In 2008 the company plans to expand its trade network, to introduce new technologies and to expand the range of its products. <\/p>\n
