will be levied yearly regardless of the moment when the advertisements were posted and of the number of ads placed on the billboard. <\/p>\n<p>The amendments were adopted at the initiative of the Ministry of Finance in a move to leave no room for misinterpretations of the law, which says that as from January 1, 2008, the tax of 500 lei for a square meter of outdoor publicity is paid when the
